A Norwegian hydrogen company has been fined following an explosion at a fuel station near Oslo in 2019. In the explosion 3 people were injured after a hydrogen gas leak ignited. Investigations by the company identified an assembly error of a plug in a hydrogen tank in the high pressure storage unit.
