We recently assisted an essential industry client who had been issued Improvement Notices, in part due to previous 3rd party DSEAR RAs that were neither suitable nor sufficient. Employers must ensure that satisfactory risk assessments are carried out, and the correct preventative and protective measures are implemented in order to protect their employees primarily, but also their assets and ongoing business operation.”
